Celebrating a Lady

Jeff tried to get me to watch Beavis and Butt-Head last night. MTV has brought back Mike Judge;s cartoon about two heavy-metal banger high school students.

I told Jeff all I have to do is look out the window at some of the kids walking to the high school across the street.

Who needs a show when you get them live.

HISTORY LESSON

The Statue of Liberty is dedicated on Oct. 28, 1886.

President Grover Cleveland takes part in the ceremony. The first ticker tap parade is staged in lower Manhattan.

Lady Liberty had a featured role in the "Ghostbusters" movie.

Leave it to Bill Murray to get the old girl moving and grooving.
